Geddes Free Range is located on Geddes Farm in the Highlands of Scotland.  We produce old fashioned free range chicken and pork, and supply other produce that is locally produced to high animal welfare standards.  We deliver in the Northeast of Scotland.

We are a very small family business and we care passionately about what we eat and drink.   Deeply concerned about modern chicken and pork husbandry, combined with the lack of taste and texture of supermarket meat, in 2005 we took it upon ourselves to produce our own, traditional, old fashioned chicken and pork, produced to the highest welfare standards imaginable.  We moved back to Sadie's childhood home in the Highlands to pursue this ambition, and now distribute our produce to a select group of people who really care about what they are eating.

Our regular customers value having the opportunity to buy meat that is difficult to source elsewhere, as it has been produced in low density stocked units, with no antibiotics, virtually no stress, out door reared and with regular human contact.  Once they have tasted our chicken and pork, they find it difficult to go back to supermarket chicken and pork.
